*Free shoots
Any free phoots are done completely at our discretion. If we like what we hear and we have time, we will be in touch to set something up. We may withdraw this offer at any point without notice. If you are lucky enough to get a free shoot then you will have to sign a model release form. You will also have to consent for some of your photos to be included on this site or others and used for promotional purposes. If you have any particular queries you should get in touch with us.

*Studio shoots, deposits and cancellationss
If you have booked a shoot with us that is to take place in a studio, this will be at a commercial photostudio.
They will require a deposit to be paid in advance, which we will require from you when you confirm the booking.
Please note this deposit is non-refundable as it is paid direct to the studio to secure the date/time slot.
If you have any questions about this please do contact us first.

There is NO DEPOSIT required for shoots done at your home or other locations.

*images taken during the shoot
During your shoot we aim to take as many great pictures of you as we can. It would be misleading for us to say that you will have 'x' many images taken - as it can vary due to the length of the shoot and the complexity of the style. If we are all having fun and there are still some poses you want to try - we'll carry on a bit. We will of course filter out and not include any of the shots with eyes closed, funny faces etc so you only look your best.
You can be assured that you will have plenty of images to choose from.

*Image rejection & artistic interpretation
During the shoot you will be shown the images as we take the shots to see if you are happy with the way things are progressing (poses, light etc). This will also allow you to guage what the finished images will be like.
If you have concerns with styling, pose, composition when shown to you during the shoot, you MUST advise the photographer at the time to allow correction.
Accordingly, unless a rejection fee has been agreed in advance - the Client will not have the right, after the shoot, to reject images on the basis of style or composition.

*Cancellation of shoot
Cancellation of the shoot on the day, will be at the sole discretion of the photographer. Reasons for this may include (but not limited to) any of the following:

The client being or appearing to be (in our opinion) under the age of Eighteen and not providing, upon request suitable photo and date of birth evidence.

The client being or appearing to be (in our opinion) under the influence of alcohol, drugs or not in a fit state to readily understand the style and nature of the photoshoot.

Any use or threat of violence by client or third parties towards photographer, MUA or anyone else at the shoot.

Continued interference in the shoot from a Clients friend, spouse or third party which prevents or hinders, the photographer from undertaking the shoot.

*Accompanying spouses, friends, third parties etc
We understand and appreciate that there may be situations where you may wish to bring a spouse or friend with you to the shoot (ie getting a lift to location, moral support, assist with dressing/hair/makeup etc)

We would ask that the person does not cause a disturbance or interfere in the shoot in any way. This will include making inappropriate suggestions.

Unless previously agreed (and documented) any images taken during the shoot by anyone other than the photographer is expressly forbidden and will lead to the immediate cancellation of the shoot.

Force Majeure
The Photographer shall be entitled to delay or cancel any job / commission if and to the extent that the Photographer is prevented from or hindered in or delayed in taking Photographs and processing Photographs through any circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, accidents or illness, war, fire, breakdown of equipment or transport or any unavailability of material from the usual sources of supply.


These Terms are subject to change at any point without prior notification. Please ensure that on the day of the shoot you are fully aware of the terms in force at that time.

All shoots are subject to these terms and by booking and undertaking a shoot you agree to the Terms.
